Courtney L. Moore
Founder + President
Courtney Moore is the founder and president of Women & Work. A former IMB missionary and classical educator, Courtney writes content for LifeWay Christian Resources, The Gospel Coalition’s “Thorns & Thistles” column, as well as discipleship curriculum for Pinelake Church in Jackson, MS. She holds a B.A. in Religious Studies from the University of Mobile and an M.A. in Biblical Counseling from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Her desire is to see God honored by women as they steward their gifts and leverage their potential for His glory, especially through their work. She and her husband Brent live in El Paso, TX where he pastors. They are the parents of 3 great kids.

Courtney Powell
Director of Ministry Content
Courtney Powell has a passion for discipleship and worship leadership and seeks to utilize her giftings and passion to serve the local church. She holds a Bachelor of Music with an emphasis in Christian studies from Union University and an M.A. in Church Ministry from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. She has a deep love for books and believes God as our author and creator has created us in such a way that we long to hear stories well-told –whether it be through song, literature, or poetry. She currently lives in Denver, Colorado with her husband and two daughters where her husband serves on staff at Storyline Fellowship.

Casey Boss Speck
Director of Events
Casey Boss Speck is passionate about encouraging and equipping girls and women to love God and love people. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biblical Counseling from Boyce College and a Master of Arts in Christian Education from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. She currently serves as a biblical counselor for women in Danville, Virginia where she and her husband, Cody, serve on staff at Mount Hermon Baptist Church. She formerly served as an Associate Student Minister at The Church at Brook Hills in Birmingham, AL, and as a Girls Minister at Highview Baptist Church in Louisville, Ky. She enjoys discipling, event planning, and teaching girls and women in the local church.

Mary Wiley

Mary Wiley is the author of Everyday Theology, an eight-week Bible study exploring essential doctrines and why they matter in our everyday lives. She holds a BA in Christian studies and English from the University of Mobile and an MA in theological studies from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. She and her husband, John, have two children and live in the Nashville area. She leads the marketing team at B&H Publishing and hosts the Questions Kids Ask podcast. You can follow her on Instagram.

Chloe Riley formerly served as the Director of Children’s Ministry at Christ Community Church in Huntersville, NC. She received her Bachelor of Science in Missions and Evangelism from Boyce College in Louisville, KY, and has served in full-time ministry for 5 years. She and her husband Paul enjoy any kind of East Asian food, kayaking, and listening to audiobooks together.
